As the car service london known for showing absolute care, the annual Professional Driver QSI Awards are an opportunity for us to celebrate our achievements over the past year. This year was no exception as, not only did we take home the silver trophy in the Community category, we also topped the ‘league table’ for number of awards won – and the event raised a whopping £2,355 for Think Pink charity!
“Absolute care” is the foundation that GLH car service london is built on and something we aim to show our customers every day. So, to be presented with an award for our community initiatives meant the world to us. From our fundraising for Macmillan and Marie Curie, our donation to Highgate Primary School’s outdoor learning, our patient transport services and our work with Think Pink charity, to ensuring we are as inclusive and representative as possible – communities mean everything to us.
This year, Professional Driver magazine produced a programme of statistics looking back over the past decade and we were over the moon to see that GLH topped the number of trophies won – with a whopping 21 over the last 11 years! Part of showing absolute care means going above and beyond in everything we do – from ensuing all passengers are comfortable and safe, to finding the most efficient route or simply taking a moment to have a friendly chat. Our industry is 24/7 and fast-paced and each of those wins represent just how hard our teams work behind-the-scenes and on the roads every day.
And the (pink) icing on the cake was that Professional Driver Magazine managed to raise a whopping £2,355 to help Think Pink get even more new female professional drivers on the road to success.
Our 2025 Community award will sit alongside the others in our cabinet. Speaking of community, our industry is its own community and what a pleasure it was to celebrate all our wins together.
